Landscape Architect  

Mike Perfetti is a Registered Landscape Architect with a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Pittsburgh. Mike has a range of experience in design and planning, including park planning and design, playground design, trail design, shoreline planning and design, urban design, transportation projects, incorporating art and cultural elements, and restoration planning and design. His responsibilities at J.A. Brennan include project management, master planning, schematic design, detail design, public involvement, specification writing, cost estimating, construction administration, and illustrative graphics production.

Mike has served as a project manager for many of J.A. Brennan's park projects. Some of Mike's recent projects as project manager include the Tacoma Nature Center, Jacob Ambaum Park, the Everett Animal Shelter and the I-5 SR 18/SR 161 Triangle Improvements Project. Mike believes that parks and open space are essential for creating healthy communities, where adults and children can play, picnic, walk, run, and enjoy. Mike strives to create attractive, accessible and engaging outdoor spaces for people, pets, and wildlife.
