J. A. Brennan collaborated with engineers and architects to develop a master plan for a regional transportation center at Western Washington University. The project includes restoration of Lincoln Creek, which flows through the property. Project goals include providing a facility for regional use of transit, showcasing low impact development principles, and promoting use of transit and alternative modes of transportation throughout Whatcom County.
