Beebe Springs, WA

In the near future, fish will swim in new side-channel rearing areas developed for the Beebe Springs Natural Area. Mule deer, waterfowl, songbirds, birds of prey, and small mammals will feed and find refuge on the Beebe Springs terrace and along the shore of the Columbia River, at Lake Entiat, near Chelan, Washington. J.A. Brennan developed a master plan and construction documents for a restoration project that offers recreational, natural, and cultural opportunities at the site of a former apple orchard.

The design incorporates trails and viewing platforms with educational and interpretive facilities that will enhance the visitor¡¯s experience and educate the viewer about the flora and fauna on the site, as well as the cultural and historical resources of the area.
