J.A. Brennan Associates was retained to develop a concept for international and local resort use of this remote island off the east coast of Taiwan. Services include inventory and analysis , programming, resort and marine siting studies, and conceptual master planning.

Our work emphasized the preservation of spectacular coral reefs surrounding the island, as well as key upland natural and visual resources. J.A. Brennan Associates also developed plans for beach enhancement to provide improved recreation and skin diving opportunities.
