J.A. Brennan Associates coordinated with the Willapa Bay Habitat Enhancement Group and other stakeholders to restore approximately 800 feet of salmon spawning habitat and reconnect off-channel estuary rearing habitat for salmon. Project responsibilities included path layout, riparian and erosion control plantings, and informational kiosk and parking area design. J.A. Brennan Associates coordinated with the Boy Scouts to clear the site of invasives, plant natives, and build the informational kiosk. Chum and Coho salmon will benefit from the new spawning habitat and newly established riparian zone.
