Cold Springs Historical Park

During the early 1900s a natural cold springs at the base of mountain cliffs was minimally developed as an outdoor bathing spa. The renovation design converted a former roadway into an elaborate promenade for park visitors.

Wall spouts, ponds, bathing pools, and shower fountains celebrate the fresh, natural springs. Festive night lighting, outdoor pavilions and a traditional entry gate define the style of the park.

J.A. Brennan developed the master plan and construction documents for the $1.2 million urban park. Features include entry gate, fountains, pools, lighting, tile, paving, pedestrian circulation, interpretive displays, and park structures.
