Beaver Lake Preserve Master Plan & Phase 1 Implementation
A valuable link in the chain of Sammamish Plateau green space, Beaver Lake Preserve’s natural attributes offer visitors passive recreation opportunities, such as hiking and bird watching. Visitors can learn about Northwest forest and wetland systems from observing the natural workings of the protected habitat that deer, bears, and birds consider home.
J.A. Brennan developed a master plan and construction documents for a trail system that meets the protective covenants for the property and connects with adjacent open space trails. Other park elements include lakeside viewing decks, restrooms, and parking area.
