Cedar Grove Park

The design for Cedar Grove Park maintains the site’s exceptional natural character by protecting namesake cedar trees and by enhancing Perry Creek and its associated wetlands. Features include a picnic shelter and picnic tables, boardwalk and view deck (made mostly of salvaged wood). Active recreation elements such as a basketball court, children’s play area, and restrooms are situated conveniently and in less environmentally sensitive locations. ADA accessible trails connect the diverse spaces with the park, enabling all visitors to enjoy both active and passive recreation opportunities. J.A. Brennan developed the detail design and construction documents for the park.
